Azarias RUBERWA - Founder of the Cabinet
Azarias Ruberwa is the Founder of Cabinet Ruberwa. From 2003 to 2006, he was a Vice President of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ruberwa received a law degree from Lubumbashi University in 1989, focusing on social and business law. He has been admitted to the Bars of Lubumbashi, Kinshasa-Gombe, and Goma. He began his career as a lawyer on August 7, 1990.
Although Mr. Ruberwa is based in Kinshasa, he travels frequently (both internationally and domestically) and is able to handle cases in DRC and beyond.
Francoise Kena Wa Tshimanga
Mrs. Francoise studied law at the University of Lubumbashi, focusing on social and economic law. She took the Congolese legal oath in August of 1995, joining Cabinet Ruberwa, where she still working till now.
In 2006, she was appointed as the Vice-Minister of the Budget for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Hyppolite Mwanza Kondo
Mr. Mwanza is a longtime attorney, having taken the Congolese legal oath on April 15, 1999. Having passed the Kinshasa-Gombe bar, he is now based in the capital city. His law degree is from the University of Lubumbashi, where he specialized in social and economic law. Previously, Mr. Mwanza worked for World Vision DRC in Lubumbashi.
Oliver Mukadi Katumba
Mr. Mukadi received his law degree from the University of Mbuji-Mayi. He took the Congolese legal oath on March 1, 2002, and currently works out of the Lubumbashi office.
Bob Ngudie Mbuyamba
Mr. Mbuyamba completed his law degree at the University of Lumumbashi. He is based in our office in Lubumbashi.
Mr. Katembo completed his legal studies at the University of Lubumbashi and took Congolese legal oath on November 30, 2004. Based in the Kinshasa office, Mr. Katembo is a member of the Kinshasa-Gombe bar.
